Spinning Stone

Recently I’ve been interested in ideas of organization. The shapes in these works have been sorted, set in order, and aligned. While laying flat on the table, I arrange all the elements — each piece influencing the others by physics — which puts them all in a closely related system. These systems are a way of interpreting and representing my ideas of organization in a visual manner. — J. C. Fontanive
